Limited Solicitations

  • Many funding sources limit the number of applications that each institution may submit for particular funding opportunities. In these cases all applications must first be submitted to the Office of the Vice President for Research. When there are more internal applications that the institution is allowed to submit, a peer review panel is convened to evaluate the proposals and recommend to the Vice President for Research those that should move forward.
